Herb Brown, is the author of two novels: Presumption of Guilt (number 10 on the Doubleday national list) and Shadows of Doubt (a selection of The Literary Guild). Seven of his plays have been professionally produced. He was elected a Justice on the Ohio Supreme Court after many years as a trial lawyer. He was co-counsel for Bob Guccione in the libel case of Guccione vs. Hustler Magazine, in which Guccione won a jury verdict of $39 million.
